Anderson & Associates is pleased to announce that Richard “Dick” Jarman has joined our practice as a Search Consultant. Dick will open a Midwest office for the firm and will be located in Kansas City, Missouri. This second location creates a larger and expanded geographical footprint for Anderson & Associates and increases our staff to nine. Dick has held leadership positions in both manufacturing and technology sectors throughout his career. At Butler Manufacturing Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of pre-engineered buildings, Dick was both the President of the Buildings Division, and the Executive Vice President of the corporation. He then was the founder and CEO of Sceptor Industries, a provider of scientific equipment and custom-engineered solutions for the Bio-Safety industry. For the past three years Dick has been the President of Columbian Tech Tank, the largest division of CST Industries. Dick holds a BS in Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point where he was a Cadet Captain. After serving as a jet pilot in the Air Force, he received his Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri. Dick’s professional success and experience as well as his strong background and personal character, make him an outstanding addition to our team.
