Steve provides full service search consulting and execution to a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services and the non-profit sector. Throughout his career in private industry and executive recruiting, Steve has been successful recruiting professionals in senior management, finance, operations, engineering, human resources, consulting, sales and marketing.

EXPERIENCE

Steve joined Anderson & Associates following twenty-five years of industry experience. Most recently he was in senior management with a private equity backed nationwide healthcare provider. Prior to that, Steve was with three private equity backed technology companies holding various senior management positions including President and Chief Operating Officer. Steve’s earlier experience includes advising early stage companies, investment banking, and technology sales and marketing.

PERSONAL

Steve is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Crystal have three children – Will, AJ, and Charlie.
