RESPONSIBILITIES

Roger provides executive search consulting services to the healthcare industry. He specializes in recruiting for organizations focused in several different industry segments including hospitals, health systems, associations, foundations, and senior services organizations.

EXPERIENCE

Roger joined Anderson & Associates after a successful career in Human Resources, most of it in the healthcare industry. Most recently Roger was Vice President, Human Resources at MedCath, a $750MM national cardiovascular health care system encompassing 13 hospitals and over 4,500 employees. Prior to that he was Vice President, Human Resources for the Presbyterian Healthcare System (Southern Piedmont Region of the Novant Health System) in Charlotte, North Carolina, a $500MM multi-hospital system. Earlier in his career he held a similar role at Union Regional Medical Center in Monroe, North Carolina.

Having frequently retained executive search firms, including Anderson & Associates, Roger brings value to our business from the client’s perspective.

PERSONAL

Roger is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Association. He is a Past President of the North Carolina Healthcare Human Resources Association. Roger is actively involved in his church and community. He previously has been a Director for Goodwill Industries, Council of Advisors Committee for Pfeiffer University, and a coach in his community youth league.
