RESPONSIBILITIES

Since joining the firm, Davy has been involved in engagements for nonprofit agencies, associations, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare. She provides support to senior consultants in executing research, as well as candidate identification and initial engagement activities.

EXPERIENCE

Davy recently joined Anderson & Associates after successful entrepreneurial career. She owned and operated her own newborn announcement service business for four years. During this time, the business quadrupled in size and was ranked number one in sales and customer satisfaction within the Charlotte market, based on customer feedback and competitor information.

Prior to this, Davy was a Forecast Analyst with GE where she gained valuable experience in Materials Management. She was responsible for forecasting the top dollar customers’ demand, aiding in the implementation of a new logistics and materials management computer system, and assisting the Customer Service and Human Resources departments in interviewing candidates.

Davy’s Materials Management experience began as an IBM Co-Op where she managed an average of $9MM of consigned material per quarter. Her main accomplishments while with IBM included creating a certified inventory control process that improved IBM’s liability, and working with a team to increase customer satisfaction.

PERSONAL

As a past board member of the Charlotte APICS Chapter, Davy was awarded the GE Management Award for her work with APICS, as well as nominated as one of three Business Professional Women’s Young Careerist.
