How do I submit my resume?
Please only submit your resume if you meet executive level qualifications and are currently serving in a senior management position. Send resume in Microsoft Word or PDF format to resume@andersonexecsearch.com or fax 704-347-0064.

After I submit my resume, will you send me a response?
We receive many resumes daily, therefore we cannot acknowledge them all or keep all of them on file. If we believe a candidate's resume may be suitable for a current or future Anderson & Associates’ search assignment, we will keep your resume in our secure database. We will contact you if your qualifications match any of our search requirements.

Do you work for me or do you work for the hiring companies?
Ultimately, we work exclusively for our client, the hiring company. Our fees are paid by the hiring company.

How often will you contact me with opportunities?
We will only contact you when there is an appropriate opportunity. Even if you are a very talented executive, we may never contact you if we do not have the right opportunity.
